We got a number of estimates for installation of tile in our condo, and The Miami Floor's was timely, detailed, and fair. We relied on online reviews and intuition in picking a company, and I'm happy to say that The Miami Floors met all expectations. Ivan was the only contractor that was able to explain how the previous tile had been laid (incorrectly), and how to fix it. We had a very tight time-line, but they were very prompt in getting all aspects of the project completed as soon as possible, and ultimately they got it done in time! This project felt very overwhelming at first, as it was our first renovation, but their team really made things simple. They were flexible and considerate of our time and belongings. Lazarro, Joaquin and the guys along with Ivan and Vilma worked diligently and treated us really well. Highly recommended.
